At Pyxmeronphun, we are committed to providing high-quality creative writing workshops and educational programs. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds, cancellations, and transfers for our services.
We strive to make our refund process as straightforward as possible while maintaining fairness to all participants. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any of our programs. By purchasing or registering for our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Return Policy.
This policy applies to all services offered by Pyxmeronphun, including but not limited to workshops, courses, seminars, private instruction, and any other educational offerings or products available through our website or in-person enrollment.
Workshop and Course Refunds
Full Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund of your workshop or course fee under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation request received more than 14 days before the start date of the workshop or course
- Program cancellation initiated by Pyxmeronphun
- Documented inability to participate due to serious illness or family emergency, with request made before the program begins
To request a full refund, you must submit your request in writing via email or through our contact form. Please include your full name, the name of the program, the date of purchase, and the reason for your cancellation request.
Partial Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a partial refund under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation request received between 7 and 14 days before the start date will receive a 75% refund
- Cancellation request received between 3 and 7 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund
- Cancellation request received less than 3 days before the start date will receive a 25% refund
Partial refunds are calculated based on the original purchase price, excluding any discounts, promotions, or special offers that may have been applied at the time of purchase. The refund amount will be returned using the original payment method.
No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Request made after the workshop or course has begun, unless extraordinary circumstances apply
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice
- Dissatisfaction with program content after participating in more than one session
- Personal scheduling conflicts that arise after enrollment
- Inability to meet technical requirements for online programs that were clearly stated at enrollment
Transfer and Credit Options
Program Transfer
If you are unable to attend your enrolled program, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future session of the same program, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before the start of your originally scheduled program. One transfer per enrollment is permitted without additional fees.
Additional transfers may be subject to an administrative fee of up to 15% of the original program cost. Transfers must be used within 12 months of the original enrollment date. After this period, the enrollment will be considered forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued.
Participant Transfer
You may transfer your enrollment to another person if you are unable to attend. The new participant must meet any prerequisites for the program and must be registered with us at least 24 hours before the program begins. There is no additional fee for participant transfers.
To initiate a participant transfer, please contact us with the full name and contact information of the new participant. The new participant will be bound by all terms and conditions applicable to the original enrollment.
Credit Toward Future Programs
In lieu of a refund, you may request a credit toward a future program. Credits are typically issued at the full value of your original payment and must be used within 18 months of the date of issue. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Digital Products and Materials
For digital products, downloadable materials, and online resources, the following refund policy applies:
- Digital products may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded or accessed
- Once digital content has been downloaded or accessed, refunds will not be provided due to the nature of digital goods
- If you experience technical issues accessing digital content, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved
We encourage you to review product descriptions and any available previews or samples before making a purchase to ensure the product meets your needs.
Private Instruction and Consultations
For private instruction, one-on-one coaching, and consultation services, the following policies apply:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund or credit for that session
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a 50% refund or credit
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are not eligible for refund, though rescheduling may be available at our discretion
- No-shows without prior notification will forfeit the session with no refund or credit
Prepaid session packages are refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions, minus any discounts received for the package purchase. Refunds for packages must be requested in writing and will be processed within 14 business days.
Special Events and Retreats
For special events, writing retreats, and intensive programs, special refund policies may apply due to the unique nature of these offerings and associated costs. Specific refund terms will be provided at the time of registration and may include non-refundable deposits, tiered refund schedules, and blackout periods.
We strongly encourage participants to consider travel insurance for events that require travel, as we cannot be responsible for travel-related expenses in the event of cancellation.
Cancellation By Pyxmeronphun
In the event that we must cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control, enrolled participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative program of equal or lesser value. If the alternative program is of greater value, the participant may pay the difference to secure enrollment.
We will make every effort to provide at least 7 days notice of cancellation, though this may not always be possible in emergency situations. Notification of cancellation will be sent to the email address provided at registration.

Please include your full name, email address, program name, date of purchase, order or confirmation number if available, and the reason for your refund request.
Processing Time
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. You will receive email confirmation once your request has been processed. Approved refunds will be issued within 10-14 business days following approval, using the original payment method when possible.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund within 21 business days of approval notification, please contact us.
Exceptions and Disputes
We understand that unique circumstances may arise that fall outside the scope of this policy. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us directly to discuss your case. We will review each request on an individual basis and make decisions in good faith.
If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may escalate your concern by requesting a review by our management team. Please allow an additional 10 business days for review of escalated requests.
